Do you learn by mistakes?

Everyone can make mistakes once a while in their life and this is just part of life and part of the human experience.

We all learn by mistakes. A great leader or an empowered individual will learn from it and move on.

Unfortunately, most of the people out there would be trying so hard to defend their ego to the degree of making others seem “wrong” in order to prove themselves “right”. I have personally witnessed so much of “blaming” game in the workplace and even in personal life.

You can either choose to be a victim, or you can choose to be a victor by learning your lessons and be the best example to the world around you.
